    Tender For Reconditioning Of M30 Model Plate Heat Exchangers Frame Plate (End Plate) During The Year 2025-26.; 1 Charges for lifting, loading and transporting of M30 Model Plate heat Exchangers End plate from NCTPS-1 store to workshop for carrying out the reconditioning work including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P’s. 2 Rolling of SS 12mm plate into 450 mm dia pipe including the cost of consumables & T&Ps. (Materialcontractor Scope) 3 Charges for Dismantling, fabrication and erection of NB 450x400x300 mm wornout SS 316L reducer in frame plate (End plates) of Sea water and ACW water inlet and outlet pipe line for M30 Model Plate heat Exchangersincluding cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P’s. 4 Charges for SS Welding of reducer in M30 Model Plate heat Exchangers including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P’s. 5 Charges for sand blasting of inner and outer surface of M30 Model Plate heat Exchangers End plates (frame plate) including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P’s. 6 Charges for providing gasket for inner side of the frame plate including cost of material, consumables and T&P’s. 7 Charges for lifting, loading and transporting of M30 Model Plate heat Exchangers End plate from workshop to NCTPS-1 store After completion of the reconditioning work including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P’s. 8 SS316L Plate 12 MM Thickness. 9 450 NB MS Flange 10 Neorprene rubber sheet size: 1mtr x 2mtr x 3mm 11 Araldite 40 Gm
