Annual Rate Contract for repair of AC machines and other cooling machines= 1 Servicing of Split AC Machine Capacity 2 Tonas detailed in the DNIT 2 Servicing of Window AC Machine, Capacity 2 Ton as detailed in the DNIT 3 Servicing of AC Plant 16 Ton (8+8) Capacity as detailed in the DNIT 4 Servicing of Tower / Cassette AC unit, Capacity 2 Ton as detailed in the DNIT 5 Recharging gas in 2 Ton Split / Cassette / Window AC, Complete job work as required, including repair of damaged pipe lines after testing & finding leakage. 6 Recharging gas in Water Cooler (40 to 120 Ltr) / Deep Freezer (up to 1000 ltr), Complete job work as required, including repair of damaged pipe lines after testing & finding leakage. 7 Recharging gas in 90 Litre Refrigerator, Complete job work as required, including repair of damaged pipe lines after testing &finding leakage. 8 Recharging gas in 300-450 Litre, Double Door Refrigerator, Complete job work as required, including repair of damaged pipe lines after testing &finding leakage. 9 Replacement of Compressor of branded make in 2 Ton Split AC (Indoor / Outdoor Unit) / Cassette / Window AC machines including making joints, but without recharging of gas. Complete job works as required. 10 Replacement of Compressor of branded make in Water Coolers / Deep Freezers including making joints, but without recharging of gas. Complete job works as required. 11 Replacement of Compressor of branded make in 90 Litre Refrigerator including making joints, but without recharging of gas. Complete job works as required. 12 Replacement of Compressor of branded make in 300-450 Litre Double Door Refrigerator including making joints, but without recharging of gas. Complete job works as required. 13 Replacement of Fan Motor / Air Fan Motor of 2 Ton Split AC (Indoor / Outdoor Unit) / Cassette / Window AC / Water Cooler / Deep Freezers etc. Complete job work as required 14 Repair of PCB unit of 2 Ton Split / Window AC Machines make Carrier / LG but except invertor type AC machine. 15 Repair of PCB / Invertor unit of Indoor / Outdoor of 2 Ton Split / Cassette AC machine make Daikin / Toshiba. 16 Replacement of cooling pipes (Inlet / Outlet) of 2 Ton Split AC (Indoor / Outdoor Unit) / Cassette / Window AC / Water Cooler / Deep Freezers etc. including making joints. Complete job work as required. 17 Replacement of Flair / filter / capillary / valve units of 2 Ton Split AC (Indoor / Outdoor Unit) / Cassette / Window AC / Water Cooler / Deep Freezers etc. including making joints. Complete job work as required. 18 Repair / Visit charges for repair of 2 Ton Split AC (Indoor / Outdoor Unit) / Cassette / Window AC / Water Cooler / Deep Freezers / Refrigerators (90 to 450 Ltr) etc. without replacement of any material. 19 Supply of 4 KVA, Wall Mounted Branded makes Electronic Stabilizers having AC volt range 150-230 Volt for 2 Ton AC machines make Bluebird or equalling.
