Tender For Competitive Skscm/Shifting Of Fly Ash From Arrestor/Scubber Pit Sludge Bed - In the session 2021-22, the Mill Committee has installed ultra modern type of fixed van type wet scrubbers for two boilers of 20 tonne capacity and one boiler of 30 tonne capacity. Its sludge pit is of ultra modern design and ID fan has been installed after the scrubber.So that the emission of smoke in the air is only as per the standard prescribed by the Pollution Control Board and air pollution is negligible in the smoke emitted by the chimneys, after its operation, the ash/rash coming out of these which will collect in the sludge/pash pound, should be removed from the pash pound through its own resources JCV machine, workers etc. as appropriate and should be dumped at a distance of at least 1000 meters by tractor/trolley at the place specified by the Chief Engineer, such arrangement should be made so that in any condition the ash/pash keeps getting emptied regularly in the ash pound and a situation of jam/checking does not arise.
