Tender For Competitive Bagasse Bailing Fidding & Shifting Work - Making 300 x 300 x 800 mm size bundle from loose bagasse by baling machine with 18 gauge (S. Blue G.) annealed wire and placing meshed stack at some distance from the machine for proper drying.Making 300 x 300 x 600 mm size bundle from loose bagasse by baling machine with 4/5 mm plastic / nylon rope and placing meshed stack at some distance from the machine for proper drying.The bagasse bundle made by baling machine should be placed on the specified scene in the form of pyramid in such a way that rainwater does not enter the stack after shedding. Rate of placing stack at a distance of 50 meters -The bagasse bundle made by baling machine should be placed on the specified scene in the form of pyramid in such a way that rainwater does not enter the stack after shedding. Rate of stacking at a distance of 100 meters-The bagasse lump made by the baling machine should be stacked in the form of a pyramid on the specified scene in such a way that rainwater cannot enter the stack after the shelter. Rate of stacking at a distance of 200 meters-The bagasse lump made by the baling machine should be stacked in the form of a pyramid on the specified scene in such a way that rainwater cannot enter the stack after the shelter. Rate of stacking at a distance of 300 meters-The loose bagasse falling from the RBC Cass Carrier should be removed from the scene to a distance of about 40 meters and collected, so that loose bagasse does not get jammed near the RBC Cass Carrier and baling machine and due to jamming, the mill should not be shut down under any circumstances and the baling process should continue smoothly. Apart from the above, whenever required, after the season is over, to take out the process, the boiler should be run by feeding loose/bent bagasse in the boilers as per the requirement/instructions and running the boiler. To ensure that both the above tasks of bagasse feeding and shifting continue smoothly, the arrangement of workers/tractors should be made as per the requirement/instructions and the boiler pressure should be maintained at 18 to 21 kg.Before the start of the season, for smooth trial of boiler machines, loose/baled bagasse lying in the bagasse yard should be dug out by employing labourers/tractor as per requirement/instructions, dried properly and collected near the cashier/bagasse carrier and boiler. During the trial, the said bagasse should be fed in the boiler to maintain boiler pressure of 19 to 21 kg and the trial work should be conducted smoothly.
