In City Sub Division (West) Bharatpur - 1 Consumer water meter readings from all consumers/bulk connections under the jurisdiction of City Sub Division (West) Bharatpur feeding of this data in binders. Submission of binders in Concerned Sub Division. ( Payable for all metered water connections) 2 Data collection of water meter readings from City Sub Division (WEST) Bharatpur Office, feeding of this data, creation of master data, doing all the changes in master data of consumers as per directions & requirements, and preparation of water bills in Hindi as per PHED water revenue rules size 4”x11”, Printing of water bills on his own stationary approved by Engineer In Charge and delivering printed bills in prescribed formats, Preparing and providing monthly Ledgers & MIS in soft copy as well as in hard copy as desired by Engineer In Charge in prescribed formats, having complete details of all consumers, assessment, outstanding, realization, and revenue complete in all respect. (All Rates are inclusive of Stationery A4 70 GSM) 3 Collection of checked water bills from City Sub Division West offices and distribution of all the bills to consumers door to door, well in time as printed on bills or as decided by concerned AEN.
