S/L Tack coat of bitumen @ 0.30 kg/m2including heating the VG 10 bitumen spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated sparay unit fitted on bitumen boiler & cleaning and prepairing the existing road surface etc all completed as per the direction of engineer - in - charge. (AS PER RMR)

Providing and layingbituminous concrete with HMP crushed aggregates from approved quarry of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.4 per cent by weight of total mix and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled. vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction (Ref. to Mort&HSpecification no. 507 ) Adjustment for bitumen shall be done as per job mix formula and e-in-c latter No 2651 Dt 27-07-12 for proper completion of work as per direction of engineer-in-cgarge including all labour,T&P,taxes , labour cess etc. complete.

S/L Hot applied Thermo Plastic compound 2.5 mm thickincluding reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area thick ness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35. the finished surface to be level uniform and free from streak and holes. rates all including of all taxes royality vat etc all t & p /machine material and lobour required for proper complition of work.( SOR 2022 SI.N. 22.02 NEW ITEM )

Reflective Raised pavement marker providing and fixing of raised pavment markers (cat eye) type x ASTMD - 4956-04 avery dennission /3m (USA make) having moulded body of polycabonate ASA, HIPS or ABS able to support a load of 13.635 MT tested in accordance with ASTMD 4280 type H and other requirement mentioned in MoRT&H circular its reflective lens made of micro prismatic lens (capable of providing total internal reflection of light ), electronically welded to the body. The length, height and wiedth of the body shall not exceed 130mm 20mm, and 105mm respectively, The area of each reflective surface shall not be less than 13 Sq. cm. on each side stoping at the angle of 35+5 degree to the base to ensure maximum reflectively. it shall comply to specification of category A of MoRT&H circular no. RW/NH 33023/10/97-DO-III dated 11.06.97 lenses shall be moulded of methyl methecrylate corforming to ASTMD 788 or equivalent. with 7 years warranty.
