S/L Tack coat of bitumen @ 0.30 kg/m2 including heating the VG 10 bitumen spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated sparay unit fitted on bitumen boiler & cleaning and prepairing the existing road surface etc all completed as per the direction of engineer - in - charge. (AS PER RMR)

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macdam with HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates from approved quarry of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled. vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction (Ref. to Mort&HSpecification no. 507 ) Adjustment for bitumen shall be done as per job mix formula and e-in-c latter No 2651 Dt 27-07-12 for proper completion of work as per direction of engineer-incgarge including all labour,T&P,taxes , labour cess etc. complete.
