Tender For Electrification Work Of Decorative Pole At Baba Masuriya Main Road In Jodhpur - 1 Supply and erection of Decorative Pole Mild Steel with a total height of 9mtr above ground level with double arm bracket of street light 200W each side and predefined pattern in between the top portion of the pole. Pole bottom base section shall be 400x200x1500mm, 4mm thickness column with two side predesigned laser cut to illuminate the surroundings in 20W with noticeable mode, next section embedded with double pole of 76x7000x3mm with golden casting embellishment with illuminated laser cut pattern design of bracket of 3000mm long to hold the street light. The base plate of pole shall be of size 600x350x12mm. The Approximate weight of the pole is 200kg (+-5%). Provision for inside termination box with 4way connector & 2nos 6 Amp MCB for local isolation. The pole and light fixture is primarily coated with primer, secondary epoxy resin and top coated with UV stabilized powder coat and cured. The decorative pole is suitable for outdoor lighting application. Pole light is complete in all aspects with all accessories and foundation bolts of 20 mm dia & 750mm length and Providing and Laying RCC Foundation work with TMT bars as per instruction of engineer incharge with Excavation of Pit n cement concrete of M-20 grade of foundation sizing as per 800mm x 550mm x 1750mm (Inground 1500mm & above Ground 250mm), 2 no. Required Size PLB HDPE Pipe and Nosing Angle 40 mm x 40 mm x 6mm with 2 no. 100 mm long, 10 mm dia. Lugs on each face. The Neon flex strip is composed with Led in series jacketed by an inner plastic extrusion with IP 67 encapsulation in a 14mm tube. It is used to illuminate the overall laser cut pattern on pole of approximate size of 18mtr with 6W per mtr, color temperature 3000K, 12VDC driver. Led strip to be mounted with the help of clips.
