Tender For Patch Repair Work Of Sh-Mdr-Odr Roads Invidhansabha Fatehpur Sikari Of District Agra - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam (22.4-53) specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. (Pot holes) 2 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per MoRTH specification 5th revision clause No. 503including cost of all materials, T&P, labour, cartage for proper completion of work as per direction of Enginee-in-Charges. 3 Providing and laying bituminous concrete(Grading-II) with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 as per approved job mix formula which ever is higher of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification 5th revision clause No. 509 complete in all respectsincluding cost of all materials, T&P, labour,cartage for proper completion of work as per direction of Enginee-in-Charges. 4 Patch Repair on already filled pot holes and removal of loose material,terming of sides, cleaning of surface by Providingtack coat, 20 mm thick pre-mix carpet and seal coat type C Specification Clause1904.2 complete required for proper completion of the work. also including bitumen (VG-10) in Tack coat @ 0.30kg/Sqm in PC @ 1.46Kg/Sqm and seal coat(type coat-C) @ 0.65Kg/Sqm 5 Note - 1- Rates are inclusive of all taxes but excluding GST which shall be paid extra as applicable2- Labour cess @ 1% will be deducted from contractors bill at the time of payment
