(DSR-18/16.3.2) 3 53mm to 22.4mm size Stone aggregate. (DSR-18/16.3.3) 4 Moorum (DSR-18/16.3.10) 5 Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density (DSR-18/16.4) 6 Providing and applying tack coat with VG-10 bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.50 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (MORTH-503) 7 Providing and laying dense graded bitumen macadam with Higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified gradig, Premixed with bituminous binder5 VG-30@4.50% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensorcontrol to the required grade, level, and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve to desired compaction as per MORTH & H Specification CLAUSE 505 complete in allrespects. ( Morth/505) 8 40mm compacted thickness with bitumen penetration of 60/70@ 4.50% by weight of total mix 9 Providing and laying Bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder CRMB-55 @5.40 Percent of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level, and alignment rolling with smooth, wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achive the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause 507 complete in all repects. ( Morth/AR/GNIDA) 10 30mm compacted thickness with bitumen peretration of CRMB-55@5.4% by weight of total mix. 11 Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. Rates are inclusive of all taxes, royalty etc. all T&P/machine material and labour required for proper completion of work. (MORTH NEW ITEM-19.01) 12 Labour cess and GST will be paid extra as per Govt. orders.
