The scope of work in general has been mentioned as under. We have tried to cover most of the scopes. However, since the job volume is vast and hence some jobs could possibly be missed out <(>&<)> will have to be executed by contractor as <(>&<)> when required as directed by area in-charge. Submission of quote would automatically mean that above terms is accepted to the contractor. The equipment required are for some specialized jobs. They are to be fit to perform the below mentioned jobs. The scope generally shall be as under: Scope of Work: -All safety equipment / items for Operator and Helper. Safety Shoes, Safety Jacket, Hand Gloves, Helmet, Safety Goggles and Nose Mask will be issued by AMNS on chargeable basis to maintain the standards across the complex. - The equipment shall be provided with Operators having valid HMV license and minimum 3 years’ experience in HMV. Vendor must deploy experienced machine operator with Off <(>&<)> Leave. Frequent shifting /changing of operator at work site must be avoided. Any new operator will have to undergo safety training as per AMNSI policy - equipment non operative hours during this period shall be deducted from the monthly billing. -The equipment should have all valid documents required as per government regulations like RC book, Fitness certificate, Front light, back horn, PUC under MV act, Insurance coverage, Form 10 (Third part load certificate prescribed under the rule 60). The supplier has to provide photocopies of the same along with monthly invoice. - Daily vehicle inspection checklist to be submitted to shift-in-charge before start of shift, failing to do so will lead to penalty. - Equipment must be fitted with horn which should buzz while marching on reverse direction. -Monthly Safety Review Meeting conducted by AMNS is mandatory for all business partners to attend. Their participation and engagement in this meeting are crucial in aligning our safety protocols and ensuring a secure working environment. Updated calibration certificate to be submitted with every invoice. If any mismatch is observed with the vendor provided calibration certificate, contract will be strictly closed without any notice / prior intimation. -Vendors must submit their monthly invoices by the 15th of each month without fail. All the tools and tackles deployed by vendor should be certified by a competent authority for use in the factory. Such certificate should be duly valid at all points of time and a copy of same to be submit with AMNSI (ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India) Engineer-in-charge. - To provide competent manpower / operator for machine / equipment’s operation and regular maintenance by experienced crew without any delays in operation / production. Engaging qualified and experienced operators <(>&<)> helpers. Road safety must be followed for the safe movement at any given site. -Vendor has to submit hour meter photo’s printout for invoice processing duly signed by AMNS site-in-charge (with name and designation clearly mentioned) on daily basis. Same should be submitted along with every invoice. This should be followed on strictly basis. - Vendor has to deploy the equipment’s which is not older than 5 years for the entire duration of work order. - All the equipment’s engaged should have hour meter instrument installed, and actual billing will be certified based on the hour meter readings. Installed hour meters should be calibrated from OEM recommended authorized vendor (once a year) as soon as the work order is awarded. Updated calibration certificate to be submitted with every invoice. If any mismatch is observed with the vendor provided calibration certificate, contract will be strictly closed without any notice / prior intimation. -Vendors must submit their monthly invoices by the 15th of each month without fail. If there is any delay, the vendor must obtain special approval from the Executive Director of Operations for invoice processing. -Vendors must ensure that only personnel associated with the specific work (such as Operators and Helpers in the case of vehicle hiring) are mapped in the scrum system against the particular work order. Personnel operating the equipment with a temporary gate pass are strictly prohibited. The scrum attendance sheet of the operators, detailing their working hours, will be considered in the monthly invoices for bill processing. Payments will be made based on a comparison of the scrum attendance sheet and the hour meter readings. If any discrepancies are observed, payments will be deducted on a pro-rata basis. -Equipment running hours should be billed based on actual hour meter readings. Operators duty hours should not exceed 8-10 hours per day. Only in the case of a plant emergency can duty hours be extended, and this extension must be approved by the HOD. The HOD’s approval should be submitted along with the invoice. -Vendors should deploy one operator with a helper for every shift. In case of an emergency where the operator cannot report for duty, this must be communicated via email to the user department and the planning cell. This email communication should be submitted along with the invoice. However, vendors must ensure that the equipment is available 24/7. In case of breakdowns, vendors must submit a report to the planning cell, and all email communications regarding equipment entry and exit must be routed through the planning cell. - Shift relieving should happen at site location, not at gate / other areas. Operators are not allowed to leave the vehicle without intimation and not allowed to move from work site without the instructions from engineer in charge. - Machine spares, Hydraulic <(>&<)> Engine oil, Diesel (Fuel), Spare - Bucket, Tire, Cabin Glass, and trolley are in vendor’s scope. - The equipment should be in good condition. In case, the condition of the equipment is unacceptable as declared by user, the equipment should be replaced immediately by a substitute machine of the same specification. Same should be followed in case of major breakdown. - Site supervisor must take prior work permit from area in-charge to attend any breakdown or for major overhauling of the equipment at site. Detailed SOP must be available with vendor for all types of maintenance related activities for the equipment. Vendor must ensure safe execution of the job <(>&<)> must follow all safety protocols as laid down by AMNSI. - Fuel filling must be done at the site. Fuel bowsers should have an experienced crew for the safe operation. Necessary fire management gadgets must be available for use in case of abnormal situations. - For all the required workforce, tools <(>&<)> tackles for maintenance <(>&<)> operation, mechanic, and associate movement to work site for any maintenance / breakdown activity needs approval from AMNS(I) shift-in-charge, failing to do so will be considered as SAFETY VOILATION of high severity. - Vendor has to dispose the used engine oils from plant premises on time to time. - Equipment / Machine must be leakage free (zero fuel <(>&<)> Oil leakage) and should have proper light, horn and brake. - Ensure good housekeeping / cleaning of the area including cleaning / removing the waste and used material. Shifting of surplus material to the specific location or shown by the engineer / area in charge.
