Preparation of Detailed Design, Architectural Plan, Detailed Estimate, Preparation of DTCN in P1 tender, preparation of GFCs/ GADs/ drawings/ working drawings and Preparation of DPR as required by Administrative Department/ IDCO for work \"Construction of Gym facility on terrace floor (3rd floor) of D-block in Kalinga Stadium, Bhubaneswar, Odisha\".Scope of Consultant will be applicable for 06 months from the date of issuance of LOA by Divisional Head, BCD-I. Based on the decision of the State Government, Consultant to submit DPR and other requirement as per ToR in phase wise mannerBidders are requested to enter number with decimal figure (Ex-1.23 without percentage (%), as e-procurement portal shall not take %). During Financial bid evaluation, IDCO will take figure into percentage (%). The consultancy fees in % shall be inclusive of remuneration of the personnel required as mentioned in the team structure, additional support staff or manpower required, third party agency if any, travel allowance or any other as required by the consultant excluding GST. Any other charges, which is not included here, can be considered by the consultant during financial quote submission. The Client shall not bear any other expenses/ fees for this consultancy assignment, other than the charges for structural vetting from NIT/ Govt. college and statutory fee for approval from local urban bodies. IDCO shall reimburse fees pertaining to statutory approval as required for the project.

N.B - The bidders are required to Quote their rates excluding of Goods & Service Tax (GST). GST as applicable will be paid extra. The existing rule of Govt. and any amendment made in future will be followed.
