Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving n exc.15cm thickness and removed material disposted as directed by EIC.

M&L cement concrete in Foundations type B2 1:2:4 (40mm graded eggregate)

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking. Bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and bindingwith and including mild steel wire (anneaaled) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L wear resistance flooring by use of vacuum dewatering method and power towelling method with skim floater, concrete flooringof M-30 grade mixed and transported through RMC,using PPC cement of IS brand cement with graded aggregates thickness of RCC 110mm (max) with smooth and fair surface achieving hard top wear surface using chemical harder as specified quantity per unit area spread while power trowelling in progress and including following work / specification - BY providing concrete surface to achieve flexural strength not less than 35 kg/sqcm (a) fixing of steel fromwork and removal afterlaying of concrete (b) making of suitable contraction joints and same is to be filled with sealing compound (c) power towelling and finished to achieve required finish surface.

RemovingBuilding materiel ect. (other then spoil payable under a distance of not exc. 1.5km ,the lead included in the rates, inclding loading, unloading and stacking at the destination as directed.
