Providing & erecting weather proof, dust & vermin proof, floor mounted front operated indoor type Panel board 630 Amp. made from 14 SWG thick M.S. sheet for outer body & doors, 16 SWG thick M.S.sheet for internal partitions with necessary accessories , supporting angles/ flats channel including cutting, bending, drilling, welding etc. & instruction of engineer-in-charge. CopperBus bar capacity 630 Amp.(RYB&N) ¤t density 1.6complete withinternal copper cable/ aux. copper busconnections , control transformer 415/230 V, MCBs etc. The feeder & starterpanel should haveprovision of (A) Incomer 630 A, 4 P with ELR ,Ammeter,Volt meter ormultifunction meter etc. (B) Out going MCCB 250 A 4 P with ELR-03 nos. (C ) MCCB 100 A 4 P with ELR -03 nos.(D) 30 KW DOL with soft starter panel complete with all switch gears& soft starter-02 nos. (E)11 KW DOL starter panel complete with all switch gears-02 nos. Note: (i) Supply and Fabrication of MS painted base framewith height of 300mm for installation of LT Panels(ii) Supply and laying/ connectionof 50x6mm GI Earthing Strips with panels (iii) Dimension ofstarter panel approx..{ 240 cm (H) x325 cm (L) 75 cm (D)}which is indicativeand may vary during fabrication / execution on the basis of existing space of MCC control room of ONGC Installations.
