Outsourcing of tractor towed water bowser of 5000 litre capacity with one driver having valid driving licese and one helper to facilitate the filling of water from the source as approved by GE.Water bowser shall have suction and delivery pump with water hose of sufficient length to fill the water bowser and supply the water to overhead tanks (upto 3 story building tank)/under ground sump through pumping /gravitational force as applicable at JP Line daily including Sunday and Holiday complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for Item Ser No 1 to 3 :-(i)The helper employed by Contractor will maintain proper record of number of trips by taking signature of user/ representative of MES after refilling the concerned tanks/UG sumps in a hand bound register, which shall be submitted by Contractor alongwith his RR payment for verification of number of trips. (ii)The contractor should submit police verification and identity proof of the driver & helper employed for water transporation to Deptt. (iii)Contractor shall also employ Supervisor to frequent check the duties of workmen. (iv) Contractor shall keep alternative arrangments in standby condition for uninterrupted water supply in case of failure of any mechanism within 8 hours. (v) pH value shall be 6-8 and TDS value shall be 300-400 PPM.Contractor shall procure and supply one pH value and one TDS value portable testing device which shall be kept with helper of each water bowser for random testing of water at any level. (vi) The quality ofdrinking water to be tested from the NABL accredited laboratory every 15 days and report submit to Engineer-in-Charge. The quoted rates shall be inclusive of cost of tests and above provisions.(vii)Contractor shall take into account one way maximum distance for a trip to any area as 15 Km while quoting unit rate.(viii)The number of trips may be increased based on actual requirement which will be informed by Engineer-in-Charge on daily basis.
