Tender For All road construction work in Sigra Ward No. 53 Bhagwan Das Colony - Scraping old painted surface including disposal of all scraped material for a distance of 30 metre as directed by Engineer-in- charge 2 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavatorat OMC, and compacting with smoothwheelroller to achieve thedesired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. 3 Providing , laying spreading and compacting stone Agrigatesof specificsizes to water bound macadam specificationincluding spreading in uniform thickness , handpacking ,rolling ,with three wheel 80-100 kn static Rollar in stage of proper grade and camber , applying and brooming stone screening /binding material to fill up the interstices of coarse aggrigates ,watring and compacting to the required density Grading -3 as per Technical Sprcification clause 405 4 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 --1.00 kg per sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 5 Providing and applying tack coat withEmulsion (RS1) usingdistributor at the rate of 0.275 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 6 Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6per centof mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects 7 Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick with all proper complition of work same as per MORT&H spec 8.13.803 market rate DSR CODE 16.62 8 Earthwork in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavationpits not exceeding 1/2 meter (20) in depth and earth work in enbankment to be in 20cm (8) layers, including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5m (5) lift and 30m (100) lead. the earth form cutting to be used in making embankent or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m (100) distance as directed by the E/I.Mechanical Compaction in layer by Road Roller 9 Excavation in founadtion in ordinary soil (loamclay or sand) including lift up to 1.5 m and lead up to 30m.
