Tender For Repairs/Replacement To Departmental Inspection Vehicle (Bolero) Bearing No Ko1ae9877- 1 Replacement of filters andoil change: The job includes replacement of assembly fuel filter including filter elements, lube oil filter, element air cleaner etc. The job shall also include replacement Engine Oil (07 Litres), Gear Oil (08 Litres) etc.of relevant make as recommended(As per OEM) 2 Providing and fixing of Clutch and pressure plate Assembly, Slave Cylinder, cotton piece, Grease pack. All tools and tackles and labour required to carry out the job in full in included in the Job. (As per OEM) 3 Wheel checking:- The job includes dismantling of all wheels from vehicle and replacing damaged Disc pads brake shoes, Boot Piston, dust caps, Kit pad Assembly, servo kits and bearing and Oil seals and proper greasing of all assemblies and sub-assemblies. All tools and tackles, consumables, and labour required to carry out the job in full in included in the Job. (As per OEM) 4 Wheel alignment and balancing: The job further includes wheel balancing and wheel alignment of the same. The job includes balancing of each wheel by addition/ removing of weights pieces and then computerized alignment of wheels. 5 Repairs of Starter Motor 12 V: The job includes providing and fitting of brush holder with brush set (01 set), free wheel gear (01No.), solenoid switch (01 No.) and repair kit for starter motor. 6 Providing and filling of R-134A refrigerantgas as recommended for AC to the vehicle and checking the lines thoroughly for any defect or leakage and rectify the same 7 Disassembling of radiator and cleaning and rectifying the radiator assembly and then reassembling of the radiator assembly after proper repairs of the same. The job further includes providing and filling of required capacity of coolant(As per OEM) to relevant grade as per company manual to the radiator assembly after above repairs.
