Removing the ammonia perforated coil at the throat of quad/semi-cancer paper cell and making a new coil in its place. Removing the weak/wrinkled beams and channels installed for supporting various bodies and strengthening them by installing new ones. Opening the blinds of all the branch lines and main lines installed in the spray plant, cleaning the clogged nozzles, replacing the damaged nozzles and clusters and cleaning the lines by flushing them, tying all the blinds and making them leak proof. Cutting and removing the weak header installed in the delivery line of the pumps installed inside the spray house and installing a new header with connections from an 8 mm plate and making and installing a new delivery pipe and giving it a trial. Cutting and removing the top cover of the box installed in the suction line of the injection pump and removing its mesh and making and installing another mesh in its place and fitting it again by welding the header. Cutting and removing the weak parts of the neck of different sizes of injection header and in its place fabricating pipe from 8/10 mm thick new/old plate and fitting it in place and making it leak proof and giving satisfactory trial.Repairing the neck parts of cell, bottom and recovery tower of syrup sulphiter by applying patch and giving satisfactory trial.Cutting and removing the neck/weak parts of structure at drive/driven end of mud conveyor belt, fabricating and fitting as per instructions and giving trial.Repairing the neck/damaged umbrella of pano quad and fixing it by welding by applying support and giving trial, ETC.
