    Tender For Procurement Of Liquor Imfl, Beer And Country Liquor.; 1 Percentage discount on the Excise Approved L1 Rate (Wholesale L1 supplier )(as fixed by HP Excise Dept. for L1 licensees for sale to L14 retail vends) for all brands IMFL, BEER, WINE, BIO etc. of liquor supplied under this tender for the Excise Year 2025-26, including FOR of 42 vends ( for reference we have quoted only one brand i.e Blender pride reserve whiskey, discount quoted under BOQ will be applicable to all brands of IMFL, BEER, WINE, BIO etc and quantity is as per supply order given by DM FWD Dharamshala. 2 Percentage discount on the Excise ApprovedL13 Rate (Wholesale L13 supplier )Price (as fixed by HP Excise Dept. for L13 licensees for sale to L14 retail vends) for all brands of Country Liquor suppliedunder this tender for the Excise Year 2025-26, including FOR of 33 vends ( for reference we have quoted only one brand i.e VRV Santra of country liquor discount quoted under BOQ will be applicable to all brands of country liquor except Una No 1 and quantity is as per supply order given by DM FWD Dharamshala. 3 Percentage discount on the Excise ApprovedL13 Rate (Wholesale L13 supplier )Price (as fixed by HP Excise Dept. for L13 licensees for sale to L14 retail vends) for Una No 1 (Country Liquor ) for the Excise Year 2025-26, including FOR of 33 vends and quantity is as per supply order given by DM FWD Dharamshala
