Shape: Horizontal Cylindrical 6.Material To Handle: 48% Naoh 7.Matrial Of Shell & Dish End: Msrl 8. Internal Coating: 3+3 Mm Thick (Acid Resistant Rubber Lining (Double Layer Of Natural Rubber As Per Is: 4682 Part-I) 9.Fume Absorber Moc: Cpvc 9.Guage Glass Level Indicator: Yes 10.Inlet Outlet Drain: Yes 11. Manhole With Cover: 02 Nos. 12.Overflow Cum Vent: Yes 13.Cleaning & Painting: (A) Inside Surface Of All Tanks Shall Be Protected By Anti-Corrosive Paints As Required. (B)For Tanks/Vessel Requiring Epoxy Painting, All Inside Surface Shall Be Blast Cleaned Using Non-Siliceous Abrasive After Usual Wire Brushing. All The Accessories Which Includes Flanges For The Tank , Valves Of All Required Sizes, Pipeline And Gasket As Per Requirement.(Moc: Cpvc Make: Astral/Ashirvad/Finolex/Supreme) 15.Tank Shall Be Provided With Suitable Supporting Joints.All Vessels Shall Be Provided With Lifting Lugs, Eye Bolts Etc. For Effective Handling During Installation. 16.Vessel Seams Shall Be So Positioned That They Do Not Pass Through Vessel Connections.For Cylindrical Vessel Consisting Of More Than Two Sections Longitudinal Seams Shall Be Offset.
