    ONLINE OPEN e - TENDER FOR PROCURMENT OF RAW MATERIAL FOR MANUFACTURING OF JACKETS AND BLANKETSIN JAIL FACTORY CJ-08/09 FOR THE PERIOD 2024-25 (FOR THE PERIOD FOR 01 YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE OF RATE CONTRACT EXTENDABLE UPTO 03 MONTHS).(Group ‘A’ – Shoddy Yarn C.A.W. Hosiery & Virgin Wool Yarn-Shoddy yarn C.A.W. Hosiery wool 74%-80% without Rags, wool fiber shall not be coarser than 30 μm., Count- 4Nm. (±5%),Lea Strength in lbs- 200, Scouring loss- maximum 8%, Cone Size 1.5 Kg. to 2 Kg., Light Grey, Royal Blue, Green, Brown (coffee), Yellow and White. 2 Shoddy yarn C.A.W. Hosiery wool 74%-80% without Rags, wool fiber shall not be coarser than 30 μm., Count 6Nm. (±5%), Balance of Twist- No undue tendency to untwist; however a maximum of 8 turns as double or retwist may be permitted Lea Strength in lbs- 200, Scouring loss- maximum 8%,Cone Size 1.5 Kg. to 2 Kg., Colour - Dark Grey, Navy Blue, Red.
