Annual Maintenance Of The Electrical Installation Of Annex Building -Iii ,Sales Tax Complex -Supply Installation Testing And Commissioning Of Air-Conditioning Machines At Different Sites.- 1 Dismantle the existing Indoor & Outdoor unit and metal cage,metal platform as per direction of EIC. All necessary requirement & scaffoldingarrangmentat different places of the building will be provided by the agencys own arrangement. 2 SITC of 2.0TR capacity R410A Ref Gas concealed type Split Air Conditioner of rated cooling capacity of 24000 BTU/hr. with 1No. Rotary compressor, 1no. IDU of rated power supply-230V-1ph-50Hz. , 1no. ODU of rated power supply-230V-1ph-50Hz. Air-flow/per IDU:- 800CFM. including leak testing,brazing and gas charging if required as per direction of E.I.C ( Make: Hitachi/Daikin /Bluestar) [Server room of Annex-I & Annex-II] 3 Supply, Installation,Testing & Commissioning ofsplit type AC machines having capacity Cooling Capacity range (6.6-7.0 KW), with fixed speed rotary compressor, refrigerant gas R32/R410 BEE star rating -2/3 (EER range 3.5 to 3.99),air-flow range CFM(760-850) both condenser and cooling coils made of copper tube connecting chordwith plug topconfirming to ISI 1391 (Part-I & Part-II) with all amendments incl. leak testing , brazing,gas charging if required as per direction of E.I.C (Make-Mitsubishi Electric-MS-GK24VA/ Mitsubishi Heavy -SRK24 CW-S6/O-General -ASGA24BMAA-B)[ CCT Meeting room-02 no, Conference hall-01 no, PWD(E) office-1 no, PWD(E) office at Sealdah Court-01 no] 4 Supply, Installation,Testing & Commissioning ofsplit type AC machines having capacity Cooling Capacity range (5.2- 5.9 KW), with fixed speed rotary compressor, refrigerant gas R32/R410 BEE star rating -2/3 (EER range 3.5 to 3.99),air-flow range CFM(560-780) both condenser and cooling coils made of copper tube connecting chordwith plug topconfirming to ISI 1391 (Part-I & Part-II) with all amendments incl. leak testing , brazing,gas charging if required as per direction of E.I.C (Make-Mitsubishi Electric-MS-GK18VA/ Mitsubishi Heavy -SRK20 CXS-W6/O-General -ASGA18BMAA-B). ) [CCT anti chamber-1 no, CCT waiting area-1 no, PWD(E) office at Sealdah Court-1 no] 5 Refrigeration Piping:Supply ,installation testing and commissioning of copper refrigerant pipe line for liquide line & suction line with supports and brackets (as per direction of EIC)and mending good damages to original finish incl. brazing and nitrile rubber insulation 6/9 mm thick class O etc . with wrapping tape complete over the insulationas required.Make for Cu lpipe- Rajco/Ryoku/Mandev/NipponMake for Insulation- Suprime,Accoflex/armacell) 6 5/8” dia with 0.6mm thick Suction Line. 7 1/4 dia with 0.6 mm thick Liquid Line. 8 Supply and drawing3 core 2.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated shethedcable for connectingthe outdoor to indoor supply ( Make: RR Kable/Polycab/Glostar). 9 Supply and drawing4 core 2.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated shethed wire for connectingthe outdoor to indoor supply ( Make: RR Kable/Polycab/Glostar). 10 Supply and fixingfire retardant non porous flexible double canvas connection for concealed split air conditioners incl. S& F pf heavy duty anti vibration pad for isolation of unwanted vibration during the ODU in operation. 11 Charges for MS Structure for 2.0 TRODU installation Supplying, fabrication & fixing of M.S. platform supported by Angle iron of size of ( 50 mm x 50mm x 6mm) with length of 1.2 mtr three(03) nos for base of platform fixed with wall and lenght of 1.7 mtr three(03) nos for fixed with end point of base and wall .All of these six nos of angle iron should be welded with six(06) nos MS flat square plate of required size (150mm x 150mm and thickness with 8mm with four nos hole) and to be fixed on wall by 150mm length with M16fastner and Hilti chemical mortar as per requirement. The platform should be fabricated with 10 (ten) nos ofTATA 32 x 32 mm Square Carbon Steel Hollow Section 2 mm IS 2062 squre bar of 1.8 mtr lengthfixed in equal intervals for the said platform. Also making the safety grillby 3 nos20 mm x 20 mm size with length of 4.5 mtr aprox Square Carbon Steel Hollow Section 2 mm IS 2062 squre barthrought the 3 side around the platform upto 1 mtr above the platform .These safety grill should be supported by 04(four) nos 1 mtr length 35mm x 35mm x5mm MS angle.The whole structure should be paint by 2 coats enamel paint. All these are descripted for each MS ODU structure.The entire structure must be safe to carry out maintenance of ODU as per directionof EIC.Complex work should be carried out as per direction of EIC 12 Supply & installation of 25 mm PVC drain pipe line (25mm/32mm OD,HD 1 mm thick) of the following size with 6mm nitrile rubber insulation and with proper supports & brackets as per direction (i)25mmdia (Make:- Supreme/Oriplast)
