| 5 | NOTE FOR BOQ ITEM NO 1.00 TO 3.00:-(i) Engineer in charge ensure that the solar PV module including all sub component and system of rating 450 wp submitted by the contractor shall be of similar size and shape to match the existing servicieable panel being a replacement to the existing damage panels.(ii) Extra DC Cable will be paid only where Cable faulty, Panel/ Structure operational.(iii) Contractor has to make whole plant operational at the Location mentioned Above. (iv) Contractor has to make its Own arrangemnets for accesesbility of Roof. (v) Any minor items inescapable required at site which are essential should be deemed to beincluded in the quoted rate of respective items. (vi) All the Item used in Solar power plant should be MEDA/MNRE Norms.(vii) DC cable from module to existing DCDB and DCDB to Inverter as per design included in the item as per site requirement. |
| 6 | (A) Minimum required Numbers ofcrystalline silicon solar PV modules of not less than 450 Wpeachhaving efficiency more than 15% at standard test condition, fill factor more than 0.75 plant performance ratio more than or equivalent to 75%in accordance with IEC:61724 & made of high transmittivity glass and glassfront surface shall give high encapsulation gain. (transmittance above 90% and bending less than 0.3%) Electrical parameters of 450 Wp solar PV module under STC of irradiance 1000 W/m2 , AM 1.5 Spectrum& temperature 25⁰ C will be as under- Max Peak power Pmax:>450 WpCurrent at Pmax Ipm : 10.82 AVoltage at Pmax Vpm: 41.6 VoltShort circuit current Isc: 11.77 AOpen circuit voltage Voc : 49.00 Volts (i) Rated output of modules shall have positive tolerance of 3-5% & no negative tolerance is allowed. (ii) It shall perform satisfactorily in relative humidity 85 ± 5% with temperature -10 °C to +85°C (Cell) and should withstand wind 200 Km/Hr on the surface of the panel. (iii)PV modules must be warranted for their output peak watt capacity, which shall not be less than 90% of the initial value at the end of 10 years and 80% of the initial value at the end of 25 years.(iv) Each module shall have RFID tag encapsulated with Solar Cells bearing the following details. |
| 7 | ● Name of manufacturer of PV module ● Name of manufacturer of solar Cell ● Month and year of manufacture (Separated for cell & module) ● made in india only (separately for solar cell & module) ● Peak wattage, Im, Vm and fill factor of the module. ●Date of year of obtaining IEC PV module qualification certificate including the test lab issuing IEC certificate. ● Unique Serial No and model No of Module. ● I-V curve of Module ●The mechanical structures, electrical works and overall workmanship of the grid solar power plant must be warranted for a minimum of 5 Years. ●Name of the test lab issuing IEC certificate. ●Other relevent information on traceability of solar cells and modules. |
| 8 | (v)The temperature co-efficient for the module shall not be more than 0.50%/°C.(vi) Every module must have by pass diode of suitable capacity.(vii)PV module must conform to latest edition of IEC 61215/IS14286. In addition, the modules must conform to IEC 61730 Part-I & II for construction and testing & safety qualification & conforming to IEC 62804 PID & IEC 61701 / BIS61701 for corrosive atmosphere.(viii)It shall also in conformity of existing fixed solar PV Module.The PV module must be tested and approved by one of the IEC authorized test centres. In addition a PV module qualification test certificate as per IEC standard issued by ETDC, Bangalore or Solar Energy Centre will also be valid. |
| 9 | (B) MMS (Hot dipped galvnized of thickness 85 micron) Design should be supported by Staddpro Report vetted as per existing drawing and minimium clearance of 50mm should be provided between adjacent plates.2. The mechanical structures, electrical work and overall workmanship of the grid solar power plant must be warranted for a minimum of 5 years.3.The mounting steel structure shall be as per following :-(i) IS 2061-1992 and galvanized as per IS 4759.(ii)The material shall be corrosive resistant and electrically compatible with material used in module frame.(iii)The fasteners should be of stainless steel and should allow easy replacement fo any module.(iv) The minimum clearance of the structure from ground level should be 300-400 mm. |

| 12 | S&F copper earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of size 20X3 mm fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for earthing etc as required complete all as directed. |
| 13 | Supply and Installation of Solar PV module minimum 450 Wp poly crystaline Silicon photovoltic module of panel efficiency not less than 15 %, of sub components/sub systems including DC & AC Cable compatible to the existing plant and meeting the specifications as given subsequently and as directed. |
| 14 | Supply & fixing copper DC cable of 6 Sqmm single core along with connector used suitable for connection of strings and invertor as neccesary complete all as per specification and directed.Note:- DC cable will be paid where only cable fault occurs,cost of DC cable is included in quoted rate where panel is to be installed. |
