Removing existing Nylon Newer from CHARPOY GI PIPE and providing new stiffener of size 25X25mm Square Tube 16 Gauge 6’ long, cut into proper Sizes and Shape of Stiffeners (02 No. 850mm Long) and Welded to Long Rails, perpendicular to the long rails at equal distance, providing 06 Nos (03Nos for each short rail) 6mm thickMS Cleat of size 25x60mm welded to short rail to support plyincluding drilling holes (02 Nos in each Stiffener and o1 No in each cleat) supply and fixing Ply-wood of Size 1980X900X12mm thick, Commercial grade (07 ply) ISI Marked with beading all around, 10 Nosgalvanised countersunk nut andt Bolt of suitable size and length, 02 Nos washer for each nut and bolts including applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint over a Coat of Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer to Stiffeners and cleats, complete all as specified and as directed.(Drg No FD-220).

S&F GI Charpoy Long Rail of GI Pipe 32mm Bore (dia) Medium Grade duly threaded both ends upto the required Length and fitted to frame of Charpoy including taking out unserviceable long rail from 3-way elbow by unscrewing, complete all as specified/as shown on Drawing/as directed.(Drg No FD-220).

Making GI Charpoy Short Rail to be made out from Long Rail (Retrieved from item No 1.02 here-in-before), duly cut and threaded both ends upto the required length and fixing including Taking out unserviceable SHORT RAIL by unscrewing from 3 Way Elbow, complete all as specified/as shown on Drawing/as directed. (Drg No FD-220).

Making GI CHARPOY LEG to be made out from LONG RAIL & SHORT RAIL (Retrieved from item No 1.02 & 1.03 here-in-before), duly cut and threaded one End including and providing 3mm thick Mild Steel Flat iron55mm diaWelded to bottom of the Leg and fixing including treatingwith two coats of black paint over a Coat of Red Oxide Zine Chrome Primer including Taking out unserviceable LEG by unscrewing from 3 way Elbow, complete all as specified/as shown on Drawing/as directed.(Drg No FD-220).

S&F GIELBOW 3-WAY, ISI Marked suitable for GI Pipe 32mm Bore (dia) of GI CHARPOY including Taking out unserviceable GI ELBOW from the Frame, complete all as specified/as shown on Drawing/as directed.
