Tender For Art Work And Painting Work At Atal Ghat In Ward-13 Zone-4. - Scraping of old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse material as directed by Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60mtr 2 Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class-150 in super structure in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 3 12mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 4 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness of 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth including cost of material, labour T&P etc all complete. 5 Finishing walls with exterior emulsion paint (Apex) of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undacorated wall surface to give even shade over @ 1.25 Ltr/10sqm including one coat of primer applid @ 0.75Ltr/10sqm coat curing and cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work for two coat. 6 P/A Art work on walls by skilled painter with approved quality paint including material, labour T&P etc all complete. 7 Add 18% G.S.T.
