| 5 | Installation of 75/60 HP submersible pump set in Stilling Basin of chute Spillway by lowering the pump set by jointing 150 mm dia flanged pipe (3 m each) one by one with fitting packing and nut bolt at every joint - 20 m, with the help of heavy duty clamp as holding device including, hold the pump set by steel wire rope 10 mm, tie one end at the pump and another end at the top of/ baffle wall / side wall of the stilling basin, connection of copper cable with the motor and tie the cable with each pipe at the time of lowering of pump set, after manufacturing and fixing of platform of suitable size at top of the baffle wall with the help angle iron, tor bar and plate to hold, support and provide working area for the lowering pump set, laying of delivery line of flexible rubber hose 150 mm dia - 20 m. All the material will be shifted from diversion tunnel to the baffle wall top, through a cage hanged with the crane hook 25 m above in a very extreme adverse condition. Fitting bends as per requirement, nut bolt, packing material etc. with the help of special T&P like chain pulley block, rope, welding machine, hooks etc. and specialized labour with the help of required manpower. Making all electrical connection with pump set, starter and MCCB including cost of material, required T&P and all engaged labour charges as per the critical site situation with taking utmost safety precaution and measure. |

| 9 | Fabrication of floating barge in stilling basin of chute spillway to provide working platform. Fabrication of barge by jointing AI 50*50*5 MM, strip 50*5 mm in cubical shape to hold the 08 nos empty drums tightly by welding at every joint double layer inner and outer for proper strengthening, P/Fixing MS plate 06 MM by welding process on the Top of the platform for installation of the pump set, fabrication railing at top of the barge with AI / Pipe by welding process including all material labour and T&P charges complete in all respect. |
| 10 | Shifting of pump set 75/60 HP by dismantling the pump by opening the nut bolt from every joint and pull out the 150 mm dia Flanged pipe 03 m in length (20 M) and pump with help of chain pulley and rope clamp etc. and delivery pipeline. Installation of 75/60 HP submersible pump set in Stilling Basin of chute Spillway by lowering the pump set by jointing 150 mm dia flanged pipe (3 m each) one by one with fitting packing and nut bolt at every joint - 20 m, with the help of heavy duty clamp as holding device including, connection of copper cable with the motor and tie the cable with each pipe at the time of lowering of pump set, laying of delivery line of flexible rubber hose 150 mm dia - 20 m. Fitting bends as per requirement, nut bolt, packing material etc. with the help of special T&P like chain pulley block, rope, welding machine, hooks etc. and specialized labour with the help of required manpower. | 11 | Retrieval of 75/60 HP submersible pump set with their all accessories such as delivery pipes, connection cables, nut bolts, starter, and other items being parts of dewatering arrangement from their installed positions in the stilling basin with the help of labour loading in cage, shifting all the material, accessories and manpower with the help of crane at a height of 25m (approx.) from stilling basin to the divergence tunnel floor and loading the material, accessories in the truck, transporting the pump set and accessories to different pumping station unloading from truck, shifting in pumping station and keeping properly at suitable place with the help of labour. |
