Tender For Hariparvat Zone Room No. 81 Construction Of Drain And Road By Cc From Tikonia Park To Rajiv House In Tota Ka Tal. - Dismantling of old interlocking tiles pavement including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within lead of 50m as per direction of engineer in charge. 2 Excavation in soil mixed with moorum/shingle, kankar requiring the use of special tools & plant such as pick axes sabbals etc.foundation in ordinary Soil (Loam, Cley or sand) including, lift up to 1.50 M and lead up to 30 M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge up to a distance of 30 M form the foundation trenches. Including royalty. 3 Cartage of silt, sludge kankar and other disposable organic material etc. all complete with labor T&P including cartage of 8 km. 4 Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:5:10 (1 Cement :5 Fine Sand :10 Stone Ballast 40 mm guages) and curing complete, including cost of form work in foundation and floors. 5 M-150 Brick work in 1:4 with Cement and coarse sand including supply of all material, labor T & P etc. required for proper completion of work. 6 12MM Thick cement plaster in single coat of fair side of single of half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers and rounded angles not including 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. No extra for missing any additive. 1 cement : 4 Coarse Sand. 7 Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-30 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and but excluding reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retarder for setting of concrete/improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of engineer-in-charge. Note- cement concrete considered in this item is @ 330kg/cum. Excess or less cement used as per design mix is payable or recoverable separately up to plinth level. 8 Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone) aggregate (20 mm nominal size) and cutting complete including cost of form work.
