    Servicing and Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) to 20 Passenger (G+4) OTIS make lift at MRI Building and 08 Passenger (G+3) OTIS make lift opposite Staircase of Govt. Super speciality Hospital Srinagar.- 1 Complete servicing of the lifts by way of oiling/cleaning of the lift components likeguide channels,pulleys etc ,cleaning of the top of the lift car by using blower,checking/cleaning of the lift ropes,over speed governor for proper functioning.The job further includes car door alignment,landing door alignment for smooth operation of the lift,checking of electrical parameters of lift,loose connections if any,adjustment of lift parameters ,checking of automatic rescue device for proper functioning. 2 Providingof CMC to20 Passenger (G+4) OTIS make lift at MRI Building for01 year (12 Calender Months)post servicing and proper functioning of the lift as certified by concerned Engineer on Site which includes Preventive Maintenance: Routine inspections and servicing to prevent breakdowns.Breakdown Maintenance: Immediate repairs in case of malfunctions.Spare Parts Replacement: Includes the cost of parts and components that need replacement.Engineering Services & Labour: Covering Technician visits and labour charges. 3 Providingof CMC to08 Passenger (G+3) OTIS make lift opposite Staircase for01 year (12 Calender Months)post servicing and proper functioning of the lift as certified by concerned Engineer on Site, which includes Preventive Maintenance: Routine inspections and servicing to prevent breakdowns.Breakdown Maintenance: Immediate repairs in case of malfunctions.Spare Parts Replacement: Includes the cost of parts and components that need replacement.Engineering Services & Labour: Covering Technician visits and labour charges.
