Including royalty. 3 Providing and laying cement concrete in l:5:10 (1Cemenl : 5 Coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, lncluding cost of form work. in Foundation andloors(Chapter- 5 Sl.No 1) 4 Class-150 (Non Modulao brick work in 1 :4 cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work(Ch-6 SI No- 2) 5 12mm cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of l:4 cement & coarse sand of single coat for interior plastering upto flool two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceedlng 80mm. ln girth and finished even and smooth.(Ch-13 SI No- 1) 6 Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone) aggregate (20 mm nominal size) and cutting complete including cost of form work.
