Tender For Cc Construction Work From Haim Singhs House To The School In Village Aichikalan - Earthwork in Filling in ordnary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 3Km and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the tranches or in to the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removel and disposal of surpluse earth as directed by the enjineer-in-charge upto distance of 30m from the foundation trenches (I.S. 253 & 231a) 2 Concrete with 4 cm. gauge brick ballast, Fine sand of 1.25 F.M. and cement, in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundation and under floors, including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc, required for proper completion work as per SI No. 273 3 M -150 Brick work in Foundation in 1:4 Cement & C/Sand Mortar as per SI no. 305A 4 12 cm thick plaster with cement and coarse sand in 1:4 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1cm including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per SI No. 584 (A) 5 Cement Concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone grit, C/Sand & Cement in Proportion of 4:2:1 as per SI No. 279 (a) 6 (A)By Mix in Place MethodConstruction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per TechnicalSpecification Clause 401. 7 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting G 3 stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel roller 80-100kN static rollerin stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up to interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading III as per Techincal Specification Clause 405. Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc also including labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 8 Constution of un-reianforced dowl jointed at expeansion and constution joint onlyplain cement concerete pevment thickness as per dession over a prepid sub base with 43 grade Cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2(1:1.5:3) coarse andfine aggregrat conforming to SI 383 maxime size of 25mm mixed in a concretS.I.No. new item9(1) 9 RCC Work With cement, approved coarse sand & 2cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in slab excluding supply of reinforcemnt and its bending but inculding its fixing and bending the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I, binding wire and including necessary centering and its shuttering etc. and supply of all material labour and T&P etc. required for proper completition of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra.(S.I.
