Auction Sale Of Total Qty. = 29 Units, Description - Scrap And Unserviceable Masonry Structure Of Abandoned Railway Quarter Block Nos.: At Railway Colony Kjz : 116/1-4 & 95/1-4, At Railway Colony Kto - 10/1-4 (Type-I, 12 Units With Rcc Roof Slab), At Railway Colony Brh- 28/1-3, 26/1-4, 27/1-4 & 18/1-4 (Type-I, 15 Unit) And At Dtl- 12/1-2 (Type-I, 02 Units) (Total 29 Units, Type-I) Plinth Area 1015 Sqm. Including Ac Sheet & Rcc Slab Roof. Remarks:- (1) Dismantling Of The Above Quarters Will Be Done By The Purchaser At His Own Cost And Risk And Without Causing Any Loss To Any Railway Property. Purchaser Will Demolish And Clear Upto Ground Level Before Taking Final Delivery. While Dismantling Explosive Should Not Be Used. All The Debris, Unserviceable Materials To Be Cleared From Site To Outside Railway Land By The Purchaser. (2) Any Loss Due To Theft, Accident Etc Shall Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Purchaser And No Claim On This Account Will Be Entertained By The Railway.(3)Purchaser Will Not Demolish Water Supply Pipe Line And Electrical Post In The Form Of Pipe Or Rail And The Same Are Not Offered For Auction (Electrical And Water Supply Fittings Also Not Included In Auction, Hence If Found May Be Returned Back To Stock Holder.(4) Auction Components Do Not Include Chain Link, Fencing & Pvc. The Same Has To Be Return Back To Stock Holder If Found.(5) Rail Fencing Post And Rail Purlins Are Not Offered For Auction. (6) Rail Fencing Post And Rail Purlins Will Be Stacked At Site After Dismentling Of Qtr.
