    Auction Sale Of Total Qty. = 04 Units, Description - Scrap And Unserviceable Masonry Structure Of Abandoned Railway Quarters With Rcc Roof, Block Nos.: 1519/1-2, 1520/1-2 (Total = 04 Units Type-Iv, Plinth Area - 354.96 Sq.Mtrs.). Remarks:- (1) Dismantling Of The Above Quarters Will Be Done By The Purchaser At His Own Cost And Risk And Without Causing Any Loss To Any Railway Property. Dismantling To Be Done Below Plinth Level, I.E. Up To Ground Level. While Dismantling Explosive Should Not Be Used. All The Debris, Unserviceable Materials To Be Cleared From Site To Outside Railway Land By The Purchaser. (2) Any Loss Due To Theft, Accident Etc Shall Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Purchaser And No Claim On This Account Will Be Entertained By The Railway.(3) All Quarters Along Road Side Chain Link, Fencing With Gate And Pvc Water Tank, Gi Water Pipe Should Not Be Offerd For Auction (4) Any Type Of Hidden Iron Materials Which Are Not Traceable/Visible During Survey Of Quarters E.G. Rails, Angles, Channels Etc. Should Not Be Offered/Sold. The Above Iron Material Must Be Handed Over To Concern Sse/Works/North/Bsp Store.(5) Front Fencing Iron Gate Of All Qtrs. Should Be Handed Over To Sse/Works/North/Bsp Store By Purchaser Before Effecting The Delivery. (6) Garage Of Car Parking, Sun Shed Sheet And Angle Of Side Walls Of Qtr. No 1519/1-2 And 1520/1 Should Not Be Offered/Sold. (7) Jhula Of All Qtrs. Should Not Be Offered/Sold. (8) Rail Post And Purlins Are Offered For Auction. Special Remarks - 1) Due To Complexity Of Lots, Free Delivery Period Against This Lot Will Be 80 Days As Per Railway Board Letter No. 2015/Rs(S)/709/5 Dt. 29/01/2016 Under Chapter No. 7.4. 2) Material To Be Sold On As Is Where Is Basis & Quarters Will Be Delivered In Nos.
