Tender For Improvement Of Atal Gate And Sirkee Mohal Gate Zone-01 - Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock tpe) on the exterior side of buliding/struture, up to 25 meter height avove ground level including additional rows of scaffolading in stepped manneras perrequriement of site made with 40mm dia M.S Tube Placed1.5 metere centre , horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & look system M.S Tube challis M.S Champsand staircase system in the scaffolading for working plateform etc andmanitaining in a serviceablecondtion for execution of work of cleaning and/or pointing and/or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings.runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible.for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works 2 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness of 1mm of approved brand and manufacture over the plaster wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth including cost of material labour &T&Petc all comp 3 Wall painting with exterior emulsion paint, (apex) three coat content less than 50 grams/litre, of app. Brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. 4 Letter writing work etc all comp 5 Providing laying of 5mm thick CHINA tiles of 200x300 mm size of floorsing or skriting laid with 1:3cement and morter finishing with cement slurry & with pigment grouting &polishing complete i/c suply of all materials labour T&P required for proper comletion of work 6 granite stone slab 18 mm thick mirror polish quarter rounded with anti skid lines in treads of stair case full length flooring etc all comp. etc all comp 7 18% GST
