Tender For Foundation Work For The Statue At Mo. Dhoomanpura. - Earth work in excavation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift up to 1.50m and lead up to 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the trenches or in to the space between the building and the side of 1 foundation trenches or in to the plinth and removal 1 and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer in charge up to a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches (SI No. 251) 2 Providing and laying cement cocrete in 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 sand :8 Stone & Ballast 40 mm gauge) and curing complete including cost of formwork in foundation and floors. (S.I. No. 281) 3 Class-150 brick in 1:3 Cement and coarse sand of 1.25 FM mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants, etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I. No. 307) Upto GL, Above GL. 4 Class-150 brick in 1:3 Cement and coarse sand in Super structure including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants, etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I. No. 307+309) 5 Earth work in embankment mechanically compacted to 95% proctor density in ordinary soil excavation to be done in form of regular pits not exceeding ½ M in depth and earth work to be done in 20 cm. layers including ramming and dressing pulvarızation the surface to required leves and slopes and also including 1.5M lift and 30 M lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankemnt or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30 M distance as directed by the Engineer incharge including supply of roller and water required for proper completion of work as per MOST specification No. 301.2.1 Including roytalty with 5Km Carted. 6 RC.C work with cement approved coarse Sand and 2 cm gauge approved Stone ballast in the proportion of 1:2:4 in Raft foundationin footing excluding supply of reinfocement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.GG i vinding wire and including necessary crent ering shuttering etc and also incluing supply of all material lavour and t& p etc but for Slab (S.I. No. 287) 7 R.C.C work with cement approved course sand and 2 cm gauge approved grite in the proportion of 1: 1.5:3 in Column excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWGGI binding wire and including the cost of binding wire moulds all other material labour & T&P etc. required for preparation of the work binding wire cost being including in the item. No-289). 8 Mild Steel of Iron in plain work such as reinforced concert of reinforcement wrought to required shape as necessary including benefited for proper completion for the work and including supply of all steel and wastage and over lapping and hooks. No. 504) 9 Providing and fixing 18 mm thick Granite (gang saw cut) mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.
