Painting first coat over priming coat (but excluding cost of priming coat) on steel and other metal surfaces upto 10cm width or girth or small articles not exceeding 0.10 sqm in area with superior synthetic enamel such as Luxol 3, Hi gloss, apcolite, superfac Dulux specified brushing to give even shade and proper completion of work.

Construction of granular sub base (GSB) by providingcoarse graded material, spreading in uniform layer with mortor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mixin place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with viberatory roller to achieve the desired density as per clause 401.

Supply & fixing of chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath & courtyard, with neat cement cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with exterior emulsion paint (Apex)of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undacorarated wall surface to give even shade over @ 1.25 Ltr/10Sqm including one coat of primer applied @ 0.75Ltr/10Sqm coat curing and cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work for two coat.
