Tender For Repair Of Tilted Gbt Tower At Alchi Ba Leh.; 2 Labour charges for Dismembering of top 12 M length (approx.) of 40 M ground based four legged narrow base self supporting angular communication tower including stacking as per relevant IS safety codes including dismantlingall steel section/ fittings and fixtures up to required levels with necessary T&P required all complete as per the direction of E.I.C. 3 Providing and fabricating at site galvanized steel tower materials (for missing members) with average mass of zinc coating of 610gm/sqm (approximately 85 micron) consisting of flats, angles, plates, bars, bolts and nuts,washers all fabricated as per drawings and specifications. The strucural steel section produced by approved secondary producer shall be used. The weight of structural section, plates, chequered plates, nuts, bolts & washers for fixing the member shall be measured for payment in respective sub items. The rate includes the cost of all materials & labour required for all operations mentioned above & nothing extra shall be paid on any account. 4 In teas, angles, flats and channels, nuts, bolts and washers 5 Credit for unserviceable nuts, bolts, or other tower material 6 PartB:- Tower Erection 7 Labour charges for errection of top 12 M length (approx.) of 40 M ground based four legged narrow base self supporting angular communication tower as per drawing and relevant IS safety codes including lifting at site all steel section/ fittings and fixtures up to required levels with necessary T&P required all complete as per the direction of E.I.C. 8 Checking of all nuts, bolts and other steel member of tower and tightining the nuts which are loose including replacing the damaged nuts, bolts washers etc including making necessary holes in plates and members by welding etc. Wherever required all completev as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Cost of replaced steel member shall be paid seperately) 9 40 M NBFL Type tower (approx. weight 7.00 MT) 10 Drilling holes of dia varing from 12 mm to 40 mm in tower members if required at any section as per standard errection drawing issued by tower manufacturing company all complete as per direction of engineer in charge. 11 Applying two or more coats of high gloss synthetic enamel paint of approved brand on 40 meter high tower all complete as per direction of E.I.C. 12 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: 13 Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.
