Name of Work: Supply & Delivery of 5 (five) nos. Truck Mounted Mobile Water Treatment Plant having 2000 lts/hr. capacity for treating turbid/flood water/ brackish water and make it potable on spot disinfection through ozonation including provision of polythene pouch making facility of 4000 pouch/hr capacity (polyethylene thickness not less than 50 micron) with one year defect liability period and 5 years of operation and maintenance period.

Supply and delivery of truck mounted Mobile water treatment unit production (capacity 2000 Litres/hr.) comprising of automatic form-fill - seal machine (packing unit) and PLC controlled, D.G. Set including supply of truck and container complete in all respect and Dual media Filter, multi grade feed pump and micro-filter unit, ultra filtration plant, Reverse osmosis plant, pH corrector. ozonator, required pumping machineries, water analysis and testing kit, trolley with fire extinguisher. The unit has to be operated and maintained after completion of one year of defect liability period for a period of 5 years to keep the system in operation at any time of the year including testing of water, including guarding of the whole unit, when necessary, as per directive and full satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Rate to be quoted for 5 (five) units of the system. The cost is including, transportation to site, & Installation, Commissioning charges and must be inclusive of packing, forwarding, loading & unloading charges, cost of insurance and transportation for destination in the entire state where the system will be installed as per the terms and conditions of RFP but excluding cost of GST which will be paid as per actual (A)

O&M for 5 years for 5 (five) units from the date of Completion of one year Defect liability period. (B)
