    Tender for misc. maintenance works at prakashgad & dharavi providing and fixing ms slotted angle rack having size of 900mm wide, 3000mm in height & 400mm deep made up of ms angle 40mm x 40mm x 14guage for vertical member and having 8nos of ms shelves of 20 guage with load capacity of 50-60 kg per shelf. the work includes providing of all material, labour, transportation etc. complete as directed by the engineer - in - charge. providing & erecting in position required height partitions to be made out of 12mm thick commercial ply fixed with flat headed metal screws. all exposed surfaces of the partition shall be finish with 1.00 mm thk approved color laminate on both side of partition & approved color polish to the mouldings & skirting if required with all labour, transport etc. complete as per detail drawing and as directed by enginner in charge. partitions to be made out of 50mm x 25mm x 2 mm thk aluminum tubular sections frame indal/jindal make weighing about 0.767 kg/rmt. work 600 mm c/c. or as per site requirements fixed with 50mm x 25mm x 2 mm thk aluminum angle cleats with pan headed screws. the partition both side shall have 9mm thick commercial ply fixed with flat headed metal screws. the aluminium members of partition shall be rigidly fixed to the existing ceiling/floors/beams and side walls, whichever is applicable & as directed. all exposed surfaces of the partition up to false ceiling height shall be finish with 1.00 mm thk approved color laminate & approved color melamine polish to the mouldings & skirting etc. complete as per detail drawing and as directed by enginner in charge. providing & fixing on site new floor rubber carpet of approved make such as durosoft/tuff in red colour of required size including transportation, removing old mat etc. complete as directed by engineer in charge
