old/unserviceable/broken/damaged existing old plywood, with new plywood top made of 12mm thick commercial plywood (BWR) fixed with nut,bolts &washer of appropriate size and tightening of frame,etc complete all as specified and shown on drawings. 3 Taking out existing one broken long rail of charpoy and fixing new long rail made out of 32mm bore medium grade GI tubing both ends threaded etc, complete all specified and shown on drawings. 4 Forming two short rails out of one unserviceable long rail retrieved from item No 1.2 including cutting and threading both ends and fixing into existing charpoy frame including taking out unserviceable short rails etc complete all as specified and shown on drawings. 5 Forming two legs out of one unserviceable short rail retrieved from item No 1.3 including cutting and threading both ends and providing 32mm bore GI cap plugs and fixing into existing charpoy frame including taking out two unserviceable legs etc, complete all as specified and shown on drawings. 6 32mm bore, 65mm long GI three way elbow fixed in repair to charpoy including traking out unserviceable elbow etc, complete all as specified and shown on drawings. 7 32mm bore, GI check nut including taking out unserviceable check nut etc, complete all as specified and shown on drawings. 8 Locker bed side steel ( FD-27, FD-267 and FD-1029) 9 Replacement of old un-serviceable/ broken/ damaged existing door handles of steel locker 100 mm long with new mild steelchromium plated of approved make, with screws/ nuts and pins, complete all as specified and shown on drawing. 10 Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing hasp and staple of any description and in anyposition with new hasps and staple chromium plated 100 mm longfixing with suitable screws/ nuts including repair of locking device, complete all as specified and shown on drawing. 11 Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged shelves with new shelves made out of 1.0mm mild steel plain blacksheet, complete all as specified and shown on drawing. 12 Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged legs with new legs made out of 1.0mm mild steel plain blacksheet, including welding of legs, complete all as specified and shown on drawing. 13 Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged bottom sheet with new bottom sheet, 1.0mm mild steel plain blacksheet, including welding, complete all as specified and shown on drawing. 14 Preparation of the existing, decorated surfaces of the locker bed side steel by removing of all dents and filling with putty and spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel OG paint of approved quality on internal and external surface, complete all as specified and directed. 15 Almirah Medium steel with shelves (FD-242 and FD-1032) 16 Replacement of old existing broken/ unserviceable locks of any description and in anyposition with new locks with double keys, fixing with suitable screws/ nuts including repair of locking device, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings. 17 Replacement of old existing broken/ unserviceable door handles of Almirah, size 100 mm long, mild steelchromium plated of approved make, ISI marked, best quality, complete with nuts and pins, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings. 18 Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existinghooks from almirah with new hook of best quality, fixed in vertical channel below of each shelves at equal space, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings. 19 Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged shelves with new shelves made out of 1.0mm plain black sheet, complete all as specified and shown on drawing. 20 Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged legs with new legs made out of 1.0mmplain black sheet, complete all as specified and shown on drawing including welding of legs. 21 Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged hinges from shutters with new hinges, complete all as specified and as directed. 22 Replacement of old existing broken/ unserviceable locking devices of any description and in anyposition with new locking devices, three ways, fixing with suitable screws/ nuts complete all as specified and shown in the drawings. 23 Preparation of the existing decorated surfaces of the steel Almirah with shelves by removing of all dents and filling with putty and spray painting with complete all as specified and shown on drawings. 26 Taking out existing one broken MS Tube of charpoy and fixing new MS tube shall be 16mm thickness, complete all specified and shown on drawings. 27 Forming of unserviceable MS plate of size 32x32x5mm shall be welded to bottom of legs and 3mm thick rubber sheet fixed with adhesive of approved make with new MS plate of size 32x32x5mm shall be welded to bottom of legs and 3mm thick rubber sheet fixed with adhesive of approved make complete all as specified and shown on drawings. 28 All steel members shall be powder coated. The thickness of coating shall not be less than 70 micron matt finished of approved shade 29 Bed Hard MAP 30 Dismantling of old and US plywood top of bed and S&F new plywood grade BWR,12mm thick (ISI marked)with screws.
