Tender For Maintenance Work For One Year At Agro Park Karkhiyaon, Varanasi And I.A. Sidhwan, Jaunpur.- Cleaning grass and removal or rubbish up to a distance of 30 M out side the periphery of the areaas per technical Specification 2 Renewing patries 1.5 meter wide including dressing surface filling up to 8cm (3) dept and making namunas at every 15m. Apart on both side of the road true to patries template with side slopes 3% etc. for taking the earth to be so dug that they from continuous side drain at road boundary. 3 Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge and accordance with applicable specifications. 4 Drain cleaning /desilting of drain including disposal of garbage upto 5 km. distance out side of I.A. including supply of all material, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 5 Painting walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additivs of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied. @ 0.90ltr/10 sqm) 6 Repair to pot holes andremoval of loose material, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface by providing take coat@.30kg per sqm, 20 mm thick pre mixcarpet composed of13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates and seal coat type B specification compacted by three wheel 80-100 KN static roller as directed by Engineer-in charge by using mixoll machine including all T&P and sundries etc. required for proper completion of work but excluding cost of bitumen and grit. 7 Supply of Pakaged Bitumen(Pack of 156kg) 8 Supply of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm crushed stone aggregate 9 Providing Sweeper for sweeping Roads garbage and malba from road side pateries including Miscellaneus charges (uniform Jackets shoes gloves mask caps etc 10 Tractor trolly covered with tripal with driver including fuel for 8 hours for disposal of garbage, malba etc. from road side patries out side of I.A. 11 Supply of Labour for item no 10 12 Housekeeping of Administrative Building1 No. Mali 13 Housekeeping of Administrative Building1 No. Sweeper 14 JCB Machine with POL &Driver 15 Water Tanker with sprinkler 6000 Litre or above cap. With POL/Driver Including filling of water etc. complete
