Servicing Repair Of 02 Nos. Air Compressor Of Atlas Copco Make Ga 11 And 01 No. Chicago Pneumatic Make Cpa 15Tm Installed For Medical Compressed Air Installed At Old Gas Plant Room Of Govt. Medical College Hospital, Jammu Along With Allied Works..-Complete servicing of Atlas Copco. Make GA11-11Kw Medical Air Compressor after 4000 working hours, installed in old Gas Plant Room of GMCH, Jammu by way of draining of old unserviceable Compressor oil after opening the drain plug, cleaning the chamber and tightening of plug. The job includes servicing of machine by way of replacement of 4000 hrs. service kit (replacement of oil filters, air filters, Oil separator, Filling of the Compressor oil of suitable grade approx. 5 Litres) and ensuring recommended oil level with the help of gauge. Cleaning of all electrical and mechanical components of the compressor by way of blowing compressed air & chemicals using clean all-2 ltrs to remove dirt, dust, carbon etc. The job also includes replacement of pre filter/line filter, and inspection of machine for any wear and tear for preventing machine breakdown. Job also includes providing of a set of Compressor belts-2 nos. of recommended Make and Size. Job also includes cost of Service Charge, material used, transportation charges, labour charges and all other kind of taxes thereof and testing on no load and full load. Complete Job in all respects as per site requirement. 2 Complete Repair/Servicing of CPA-15TM ,15HP 58CFM Medical Air Compressor after 4000 working hours, installed in old Gas Plant Room of G.M.C.H, Jammu by way of draining of old unserviceable Compressor oil after opening the drain plug, cleaning the chamber and tightening of plug. The job includes servicing of machine by way of replacement of 4000 hrs. service kitof said Machinery which includes replacement of oil filters, air filters, Oil separator, Filling of the Compressor oil of suitable grade approx.5 Litres and ensuring recommended oil level with the help of gauge, and cleaning of machine and inspection of machine for any wear and tear for preventing machine breakdown. The job includes replacement of Main Contactor (Siemens) K-21, Main motor Relay F-21 and NRV for air end to Oil separator. Job also includes Cleaning of all electrical and mechanical components of the compressor by way of blowing compressed air& chemicals to remove dirt, dust, carbon etc. Fastening of all nut-bolts, clamps and checking of electrical connections. Lubricating/oiling of pulleys, and other associated parts to remove any friction and avoid rusting and unforeseen allied jobs. Job also includes cost ofService Charge, material used, transportation charges, labour charges and all other kind of taxes there off and testing on no load and full load. Complete Job in all respects as per site requirement.
