    Supply Of Bright Steel Rounds 76Mm Diabright Steel Rounds 76Mm Dia,Bright Steel Rounds 76Mm Dia Turned/Ground To Specn. Is:9550-2001 And Che Mical & Mechanical Properties As Per Is:2062-2011 E 250 A. The Surface Finish Of The Turne D/Ground Bar Shall Be 5 Microns(Max). Ra Value In Terms Of Is:3073 Amendment 1. Toleran Ce On Diameter Shall Be H11 As Per Table 1 & 2 Of Is:9550-2001. Surface Quality Shall Be To Class-4 As Per Table-5 Of Is:9550-2001 When Tested As Per Is:3703-80. The Supplier Shall Su Bmit Test Certificate For Each Heat Which Will Contain Both Physical And Chemical Prope Rties. The Supplier Shall Also Submit Test Certificates For 100% Testing Of Magnetic Parti Cle Inspection Of The Above Bars. The Supplier Should Preferably, Have Their Own Magnet Ic Particle Inspection Testing Facilities At Their Premise Or They Should Get 100% Of The B Ars Tested By A Government Approved Testing Laboratory. Bright Steel Rounds Shall Be Supplied In 3 To 5 Metres Length With Maximum 10% Shorts Down To 1 Metre. Marking And Colour Coding Shall Be As Per Specn.Icf/Md/Specn.113. Issue Status 01, Rev.00 With Amend Ment Nos 1 & 2.
