Renovation of electric connection from the motor & removing of motor flange connection from the pump body and taking out the complete impeller and along with motor with the help of H.O.T. crane and put inside at pump house in safer side. |

| 5 | Repairing of Gland housing by machining on heavy duty machine and fixing of new G.M. Bush on gland housing. (as per sample). |
| 6 | Making and fixing of bronze cooling ring for gland arrangements (as per sample). |
| 7 | Repairing of Impeller by welding turning , finishing, balancing etc as per requirement. |
| 8 | Removing of rotor by dismantling of side cover of motor by opening/cutting of nut-bolts etc. with proper safety of winding of rotor and stator. |
| 9 | Cleaning of stator winding with petrol, insulating the jumper, tightening the stator slot wedges with dr. beck epoxy jet coat. Varnishing of stator winding with dr. beck varnish. |
| 10 | Cleaning of rotor winding with high pressure dry air (nitrogen) and high pressure air and final cleaning to remove the dirt / dust and petrol out of rotor winding in temperature controlled oven of IR/PI value. Varnishing of rotor winding with First class epoxy varnish. |
| 11 | Repairing of Rotor shaft as per ID of bearings on DE and NDE side with suitable L&T Make CGS Welding electrodes, machining and grinding as per ID complete as required by job. |

| 17 | Removing of broken studs bolt in base frame by drilling, welding & heating with gas cutter & taken out 4 Nos, bolts from the foundation base frame. |
| 18 | Replacement of rubber sheet for assamly of pump |
| 19 | Fixing of C.I. body in M.S. base frame by new nut bolts with H.O.T. crane and heavy labour with complete delivery side & suction side with new rubber packing, new nut bolts & fixing of rotator assembly in body with motor flange bolt & foundation bolts etc. & making proper alignment etc. |
| 20 | Loading/Unloading and transportation of complete motor from site to workshop and back to site including hiring of cranes at site and workshop including heavy labour arrangement etc. as per site requirement. |
| 21 | Making of electric connection with cables and stator and taking trial run on no load & on laod |
