Note:The Cost for Operation & Maintenance for the period of 5 Years will be 2.5% (two-point five percent) of the Total Contract Valueand shall be paid to the EPC contractor on Quarterly Basis as per the Payment Percentage for each year of O&M specified in the Article -14 of Draft Contract Agreement.
