PQC shall be laid, spread and compacted with fixed form sensor paver including adequate strength steel form work and curing by chemical compound must be applied at the paving stage after broom finish and surface is dry, rate of application of chemical compound shall be @ 285 ml/sqm and as per manufacturer\"s instructions and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Required surface texturing to be done as specified in clause 10.1.14 and Table 9 of IC 15-2017. |
| 22 | Forming 25x55mm expansion joint in concrete slab for full depth of PQC. Early entry saw and subsequent cutting by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall made dry, vaccum cleaned and free from dirt, oil, vegitation and other debrie.
