Installation of above submersible pumping machinery with column pipe, reducer/extension and all pipe fitting, submersible power cable connection and fitting. at deep tube well making all connection supplying nut bolt, gasket, require materials,for submersible pump motor etc. required complete in all respect rate is including hiring charge of tripod lifting arrangement, welding machine etc. as per direction of EIC. (Any item or accessories not considered in the specification but required to complete the job have to be supplied and installed , no extra charges will be provided for this purpose)

Supply and delivery at site 06 sq. mm, 3 core, 1.1 kv, XLPE insulated Ar. Al. conductor cable Confirming IS:7098. (Make-PHED Approved make )(materialwill be supplied as per requirment no extra material will be received by depertment)

Supply and Delivery of 32mm inside dia 80 Schedule PVC conduit pipe and fittings (Medium Duty) and threaded match with GI pipe as per IS-1239 confirming to ASTMD 1785. ( for XLPE Cable)(materialwill be supplied as per requirment no extra material will be received by depertment)

Supply and delivery of 100 mm x 40 mm MS clamp made of 5 mm thick and 24 mm width strip with nuts &bolts for holding 40 mm dia pipe as per direction and as per requirement.(materialwill be supplied as per requirment no extra material will be received by depertment)

Sand cuttingand laying of 06 sqmm 3 core XLPE insulated Ar. AL conductor cable through PVC pipe with MS clamp after laying cable& refill the sand.
