Contractor need to purchase minimum 50% of all items mentioned in this CA within 20 days of getting sample approval and kept in custody so that no delay in work due to non-availability of materials will be faced. Contractor should ensure during the cause of work that he has minimum 25% of materials with him till the completion of item/date.2. Contractor should buy the exact items which are given with catalogue reference. Other makes will be approved only by submitting non availability Certificate Company. Contractor need to remove all the dismantled items without delay.3. Rate quoted for demolition/dismantling /taking down is inclusive of removing the same from site and dumping at given locations anywhere inside station.4. Contractor will make his own arrangement to store his items.5. Some places in this contract where the vehicle will not reach the spot directly, the material will be moved manually in these places. The rate quoted will be considered all inclusive on this account.6. All trade skilled labour required in this contract shall be present daily in working hours, irrespective of complaints received. |

| 5 | M&L for 200 mm thick pavement quality cement concrete (PQC) work in pavement/Dispersal/taxi link of minimum field flexural strength 45 kg/sqcm or 4.5 MPa, (Lower control limit) LCL after 28 days of pavement slab using minimum 360 kg ordinary portland cement Grade 43 per cum with not exc 31.5 mm graded crushedstone aggregate conforming to IS: 383(grading and other parameters as per table 600-1 of MoRTH, IRC SP 49 specification) and mixed with non circular syntheticfibre reinforcement @ 0.25% of weight of ordinary portland cement grade 43 of PQC or as per manufacturers instuction, mixed in batching plant transported to site, laid in panels, spread and compacted using slip form sensor paver, mechanically vibrated and bull nosing/rounding off the edges, curing compound, finishing the surface by Texturing cum Curing Machine without using extra cement etc including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 6 | Notes:-(a) Flexural strength shall be established by beam test and design mix formula should be compactible to as per IRC-44-2008, IS-456(b) The non circular fibre synthetic reinforcement mixed with concrete shall be measured and paid separately as \"supply only\" under respective item .(c) All types of joints shall be measured and paid spearately under respective items. Curing compound shall be applied at the paving stage after broom finish and surface is dry and rate for use of curing compound shall be included in the unit rate quoted.(d) No deduction shall be made from concrete for space occupied by construction and dummy joint. However, deduction shall be made for the space occupied by expansion joints.(e)Cost of any admixtures required to achieve the desired properties of concrete shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for PQC nothing extra shall be paid on this account.(f) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of ordinary portland cement grade 43 content used in the work as approved in the Design mix exceed 360 kg.(g) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of use and waste of form work for total thickness. |

| 9 | M&L for forming Construction joint of 10 mm wide and 25 mm deep using diamond cutter with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polythelene foam back up road of 10 mm dia, forcomplete width of the joint, and priming to 13 mm with apporved primer and filling with polyeurethene based sealant (leaving 2-3 mm recess from top), applying masking tape on edge of joint to avoid accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant all as per directions ofthe manufacturer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 10 | M&L for forming 8 mm wide and 25 mm deep dummy/contraction joint using diamond cutter with initial saw cut with 3 mm blade soon after concrete sets for the depth of 120 mm and priming to 15 mm deep from top with approved primer applyig masking tape of edge of joint to pavement accidental spillage of sealant and filling with polyeurethene based sealant to close cells (leaving 2-3 mm recess from top), medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam back up rod of 10mm dia, for complete width of the joint, and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant all as per directions of the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
