(1 Job=5 Nos) Re-Conditioning and Patch Welding Of Hot End and Cold EndStatic Seals and Center Section. (1 No. APH) Reconditioning of hot end sector plates . (1 no) Reconditioning of cold end sector plates . (1 no) Reconditioning/Replacing of T # bar and by pass angles at hot end. (1 no per APH) Reconditioning/Replacing of T # bar and by pass angles at cold end. (1 no per APH) Servicing of air pre heater soot blower . (Per APH) Servicing of LOPs, cleaning of filters and servicing of guide bearings.(per APH) Servicing of LOPs, cleaning of filters and servicing of support bearings.(per APH) Servicing of Guide or Support Bearings Lub Oil Units. Servicing of Main drive and Auxiliary drive units of APH Recondition of Cold end support gratings. Welding of MS plate pieces on the diaphragm plate at the hot end side modules (per APH) Repairs to Manhole doors Replacement of rotor angles at hot end side (1 no per APH) Repairing & Replacement of gusset plates and pipes to the flue gas duct holding frames in APH Dismantling and repairing of the air seal assembly, replacement of ka-wool, gland packing rope and assembly of air seal assembly for APH Replacement of contaminated lube oil with new oil for support bearings or guide bearings of APH Dismounting, mounting of main drive motor, Grid coupling and its alignments for APH Replacement of the over running clutch of APH with motor alignment to main drive Cleaning of Ash from APH Reconditioning of rotor post at cold end and hot end area. Replacing/Resetting of Hot End Radial Seals. (For 1 Diaphragm=6 Seal leafs) Replacing/Resetting of Cold End Radial Seals. (For 1 Diaphragm=6 Seal leafs) Replacing/Resetting of Hot end and Cold end By Pass Seals. Erection and Dismantling of temporary platform/scaffolding for replacing of Cold end radial seals removal and refixing of insulation include cladding aluminium sheet required for all repairs include scuff holding works
