| 1 | PART-IDesign, Develop, Integrate and Commissioning SCADA System along with DG sets and various analysing equipment for Water Supply System as indicated in the layout diagram enclosed and as per details attached at Table (Appendix \"F\" to Particular Specification). The SCADA system shallcomprise of following:- (a) Master Control station with personal coumputer with latest processor and monitor of suitable size.(b) UPS with half an hour backup(c) Laser Printer(d) Server(e) Data Gateway(f) SCADA software which can be operated, programmed and modified by agencies other than developer(g) PLC/Microprocessor Controllers with panel indoor/outdoor applications for water sensing display, pump oprations with RTU/without RTU or Microprocessor controller and microprocessor transmitteras required at site along with UPS of half an hour backup.(h) Suitable communication system including payment of bills to telecom service provider. | 3 | NOTES : (i) Design of Communication System shallbe done by the bidder. Cloud based server/ data storage/ communication shall not be used and only local server based system shall be designed.(ii) The cost of each item shall also be attached to arrive at pricing in case of some addition/reduction at site.(iii) Operating system, system software and programming shall not be intellectual property of any agency.(iv) The memory in the hard disk shall be suitable for six months data. The backup storage device/devices shall be provided for archiving of data more than six months old.(v) In case of addition of installations, the system shall be capable of integrating the same.(vi) The responsibility of the agency is restricted to intimate mechanical and electrical failures such as failure of pumps, leakages etc. Such repairs shall be carried out by MES.(vii) Operation and maintenance charges of operation for two years of defect liability period and maint and operation including comprehensive maintenance for eight years after defect liability period shall be paid separately.(viii) The SCADA system should have provision of both manual and automatic operation of installations.(ix) Third party inspection of the whole scheme and SCADA system for ensuring satisfactory and smooth functioning of SCADA system shall be carried out by Central Govt approved agency / firm before issuing the completion certificate to the contractor. |
