| 1 | Note:1Designing of the complete mechanical ventilation system of basement of Vikas Sadan, New Delhi, including: Preparation of working drawings considering the existing ventilation system; Ensuring compliance with the requirements of local/statutory authorities such as the Fire Department; Adherence to the National Building Code (NBC) and good engineering practices; Incorporating necessary upgrades and modifications to meet current standards. All this will be in scope of agency.Note-2:Static pressure: The indicated static pressure and motor rating provided are provisional. The contractor is required to calculate the static pressure based on the final approved construction drawings and the pressure drop of the finalized equipment/items. These calculations must be submitted for review and approval by the department. Procurement of materials shall only proceed after verification and approval of the calculations and equipment selected. The minimum static pressure shall be 30 mm WG, but it may vary based on the final design and calculations. No additional payment shall be made for any increase in static pressure beyond the indicated value.Part A (SITC work)Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following smoke spill tube axial flow fan confirming to BS 7346 Part-2 complete with MS double flanged long casing, impellers, pressure casted aluminium adjustable pitch blades, bird screen, gravity louvers (for smoke exhaust/fresh air fans), fire retardant double fold moisture and fire proof with flame retardant fabric confirming to IS 206 (revised) fire retardant flexible connections and necessary nut bolts. The fan operating temperature shall be 250 deg C for minimum 2 hour with totally enclosed electrical motor, IE 3 class motor with single speed and minimum IP 54 protection with direct driven TEFC squirrel cage induction motor and the air flowing from motor to the impeller. Motor shall be suitable for 415±10% V, 50 Hz, 3 phase a.c. supply.The fan should be synchorized with the existing fire alarm system. Each fan shall include all accessories complete as required.
